RIM VBA (French Speaking) | MarketStar | Ogden, UT
MarketStar currently has a need for a French Speaking Virtual Brand
Advocate (VBA) working in the Ogden office representing an exciting new
client in the Consumer Electronics industry.
The VBA will be responsible for establishing relationships via phone and
email with assigned AWS and T-Mobile dealers who sell the client's
products. VBA will represent the client to secondary and other outlying
markets and will ensure that sales associates are recommending and
promoting client products. They will promote the client website and
drive usage of it among sales associates.
The VBA will contact assigned dealers to promote client products and
train sales associates on the product benefits and features. The IVBA
will work closely with the Sales Manager to establish program goals, and
will work towards meeting these goals in the established timeframe.
The VBA will be responsible for understanding key client marketing
objectives and providing virtual support for these objectives. The VBA
will provide additional coverage and will act as a proactive and
reactive resource for dealers. In this fashion, they will distribute
POP, dummies, and sales collateral as directed.
The VBA will be responsible for filling out call reports following each
contact and providing valuable feedback from dealers regarding product
or promotions.
The candidate must be FRENCH SPEAKING for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional
business relations with dealers and carriers to promote RIM products.
- Responsible for proper execution of customer needs and requests.
- Responsible for effectively completing assigned reporting functions.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination
with clients, area personnel and management.
- Provides exceptional territory management.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Provides exceptional inbound carrier/dealer support.
- Distributes POP, dummies, sales collateral, etc
- Drives campaigns, promotions and other initiatives as directed by
management.
- Updates database with accurate information after calls.
- Other assignments as indicated by RIM.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, client relations, and account
management.
- Thorough understanding of customers, divisions, products, and
reporting requirements.
- Two to four years of related experience.
- Ability to work as a team member with other representatives,
including those in the field.
- Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow through and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Possess a high degree of initiative, exercises outstanding judgment,
and exhibits a high level of creativity.
- Able to use all related computer hardware and software.
