Travel Associate position based out of our Salt Lake city site.
This position is for Bilingual candidates who speak English/French
Canadian.

Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping customers with questions regarding vacation rentals, and making recommendations depending on the needs of the customer.
- Providing world-class customer service and resolving customer questions regarding special offers, account questions, or promotions.
- Updating customer information on the computer system.
- Responding to customer questions and providing current information regarding rates, destinations, and other important travel information.
